Business Analytics Intern

Position Overview

The Business Analytics Intern will provide essential support to the sales organization by enhancing tools, processes, and data management. Collaborating closely with sales management and teams, the intern will assist in daily sales operations, CRM, and sales process management. Additionally, the role offers exposure to digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with business reporting and perform ad hoc business analysis.
• Monitor business performance metrics and identify possible risks.
• Create sales indices and matrices to support sales strategy formulation.
• Develop and refine operational management processes.
• Prepare commercial documentation for tender submissions.
• Support implementation of framework agreements for the sales team.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements proactively.
• Create and maintain standardized program documentation and workflows.
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns execution and optimization across channels such as social media, email, and online ads.
• Track and assess marketing campaign effectiveness, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer behaviors to guide strategies.
• Leverage market insights to pinpoint opportunities for digital marketing improvements.
• Carry out additional tasks as delegated by the Director of Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in technical (e.g., Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or business-related fields, preferably Data Science.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced analytics, statistics, and macro capabilities; experienced with analytical tools such as Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data management and business acumen; programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages are desirable.
