Job Summary

The Business Analyst will provide critical informational and analytical support to aid strategic initiatives and managerial decisions. This role involves developing business plans, analyzing financial and market data, and maintaining exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business planning and respond to management data requests.
• Conduct financial analyses including pro forma forecasts and financial models.
• Compile service area data such as demographics, forecasts, and provider details.
• Create maps illustrating demographic insights.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports for the Division.
• Exhibit innovation, teamwork, and service excellence to deliver exceptional care and support to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; equivalent education and experience combinations will be considered.
• MBA or MHA preferred or in progress.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare planning, marketing, hospital finance, or consulting.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; expected to gain expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and hospital decision support tools such as Epic SlicerDicer, Strata, and Workday.
• Self-motivated with capacity for continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $59,280 to $96,928 annually, aligned with market standards and internal equity.
