Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between the business side and IT department to facilitate the creation and upgrading of systems.
• Assess new software applications and determine necessary system requirements.
• Review emerging IT trends and evolving business needs to suggest suitable system solutions or improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to design, implement, and maintain information systems that support reporting and service delivery objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
• Proficient in SQL Server and Java technologies.
• Well-versed in requirements development methodologies and managing changes in requirements.
• Experience within insurance or banking software domains is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, including presentation capabilities.
