Role Overview

We seek a Business Analyst based in Germany to join a cutting-edge fintech environment. This role is remote-first and involves shaping advanced financial technology solutions by translating business needs into actionable enhancements. You will serve as a crucial bridge between business strategy, technology, and customer expectations, enabling scalable digital financial services and platforms. Key Responsibilities

Perform in-depth business analysis to support fintech projects, product developments, and platform upgrades.
Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and industry changes to uncover innovation and improvement opportunities.
Collect, assess, and prioritize product needs from stakeholders, customers, and user groups.
Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, user narratives, use cases, workflows, and functional specs.
Detect product and process deficiencies and suggest viable solutions.
Work closely with development teams and external vendors to facilitate API and SDK integration efforts.
Offer technical support and advice to sales, operations, and partner engineering divisions.
Engage in solution validation, troubleshooting, deployment, and monitoring after launch.
Create technical documentation, integration manuals, user guides, and training resources for diverse audiences.
Promote knowledge exchange and deliver effective product presentations to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to guarantee the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager.
Background in both B2B and B2C business contexts.
Solid grasp of business analysis techniques, requirements elicitation, and project management.
Valuable experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital financial product sectors.
Familiarity with API integration processes and collaboration with technical teams on third-party system integration.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma.
Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google Workspace tools.
Experience designing wireframes, mockups, and UI sketches.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working within Agile project frameworks.
Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
