Business Analyst - MetricStream

Role overview

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in MetricStream/M7 to support application-facing discussions, requirement documentation, and user acceptance activities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What you will do

• Lead conversations with application owners, with limited support from the product owner.
• Review the out-of-the-box solution in M7 and understand how it fits business needs.
• Help business representatives analyze and assess the Functional Gap Document.
• Capture and document business requirements clearly and accurately.
• Prepare the UAT plan and carry out execution activities.
• Build test cases using the configuration workbook and Functional Gap Document.
• Support senior business analysts in training business users on the M7 application.
