Experience and Domain Background

The position calls for 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Implementation Lead roles. Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software projects is expected.

Core Work Areas

The selected candidate should be comfortable working across the full business analysis lifecycle, from requirement discovery through documentation and validation.

• Prepare detailed business requirement documents and functional requirement documents.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes and process flow diagrams to support solution design.
• Develop UAT scripts and support user acceptance testing activities.

Tools and Deliverables

Hands-on experience is needed in BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, process flow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts.
