Job Overview

JBS USA is seeking a Business Analyst to join its corporate team located onsite in Greeley, Colorado. The role focuses on delivering insightful analytics and business intelligence solutions to support operational decisions in the beef processing division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop timely and precise analytics and business intelligence reports to inform decision-making.
• Translate complex technical data into understandable insights for business stakeholders.
• Liaise with JBS Beef USA leadership to define problem statements, project timelines, and updates during solution development.
• Create data visualization dashboards using the Qlik platform to address business challenges.
• Maintain a solid understanding of data integration across JBS operational systems.
• Utilize AI-based tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to enhance analysis efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, automate, and troubleshoot reporting solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Agribusiness, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of one year of related professional experience.
• Prior experience in the meat industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel at intermediate to advanced levels.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong familiarity with QlikView, Qlik Sense, or comparable business intelligence software is a major advantage.
• Ability to uncover meaningful patterns and insights from complex data sets.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Capable of performing job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to various company facilities or events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Vision, medical, and dental insurance coverages commence after 60 days of employment.
• Paid leave includes sick days, vacation time, and six company-observed holidays annually.
• 401(k) plan with company match available after one year of employment, subject to vesting policies.
• Base annual salary ranges between $80,000 and $90,000.
• Eligibility for participation in the corporate bonus program with variable incentive pay subject to plan terms.
