Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests, especially those organizing meetings and conferences, with their audio-visual and IT requirements ensuring all equipment operates flawlessly.
• Maintain comprehensive expertise in standard IT hardware such as PCs, laser projectors, audio speakers, televisions, DVD and CD-ROM players.
• Proactively address guest needs by providing necessary cables, adaptor plugs, projector screens, laser projectors, and other IT peripherals.
• Stay updated on hardware, operating systems, application software, and relevant market tools to offer informed support.
• Advise the hotel General Manager and Financial Controller on IT budgets and upgrade recommendations.
• Provide IT support across various hotel departments as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum education: High School diploma.
• At least one year of prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in luxury hotel environments is mandatory.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure.
