Budtender - Cannabis

Overview

This role involves hands-on customer interaction within a cannabis retail environment. Candidates will engage directly with customers and manage transactions efficiently.

Education and Experience

• Completion of secondary (high) school or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous experience is not mandatory as full training will be provided.

Work Location

All duties must be carried out on-site at the physical retail location; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various forms of payment including cash, cheque, credit card, and automatic debit transactions.
• Operate the cash register system accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and responding to their needs.
