About Skills Centre Australia and KompleteCare
Skills Centre Australia specializes in training for disability and aged care, offering courses that equip carers and professionals with essential skills. KompleteCare provides registered in-home support services for disability, aged care, and private support under NDIS.
Role Overview
Based in Kilburn, South Australia, this full-time brand representative position involves extensive community engagement to foster referral networks and promote training services. The role requires regular metropolitan and occasional regional travel, with a company vehicle available during work hours and expenses covered for approved travel and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with providers in disability, aged care, allied health, and employment services.
- Promote Skills Centre Australia’s training programs to industry stakeholders.
- Generate new leads, referrals, enrollments, and group training opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, attend meetings, networking events, and industry expos.
- Support KompleteCare’s business growth by identifying referral opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Training teams to drive campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and work towards performance KPIs.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, self-motivated relationship builder with strong communication and networking skills, able to work independently and manage their schedule efficiently.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship management roles.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Holds a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
Experience in disability, aged care, or training sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. The applicant must possess or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of $80,000 plus superannuation.
- Opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
- Standard Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 4pm, with no shift work.

Additional Information
