About the Role
Join TalentPop App as a Brand Concierge and take an active part in enhancing the e-commerce customer experience. You will be instrumental in assisting customers throughout their purchase process, reclaiming lost sales opportunities, and providing a highly personalized service that cultivates customer trust and loyalty over the long term.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS to assist with product inquiries, order management, and post-purchase support, prioritizing sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Identify chances to increase average order value by upselling, cross-selling, and offering bundled products.
- Manage subscription recoveries, convert abandoned carts, win back customers, and handle other sales-focused communications to promote retention.
- Provide assistance with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations, focusing on retaining sales where possible.
- Embody the brand’s voice and deliver a premium, concierge-level experience with every interaction.
- Maintain precise customer records and contribute insights and trends to refine sales tactics and enhance the customer journey.
- Cooperate with internal teams to apply feedback and improve conversion strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum one year of demonstrated remote or online sales and customer support experience.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription handling, winbacks, or product bundling.
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills with a natural talent for closing sales through effective relationship management.
- At least one year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat; experience in e-commerce sales is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-moving remote work environment.
