As a Dispatcher (m/f/d), you will keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating people, vehicles, and resources in an effective way. Your job is to make sure rides are assigned on time and operational processes are continuously improved through your experience and structured way of thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign vehicles as well as staff members
• Plan routes and allocate drivers accordingly
• Prepare daily work schedules
• Organize the day-to-day workflow
• Monitor fleet availability and dispatch trips to drivers who are currently free

Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatching within passenger transport is an advantage
• Strong organizational ability and a structured work style
• Friendly, professional manner with solid interpersonal skills
• Good local knowledge of the area
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Passenger transport license (P-Schein) is preferred, or willingness to obtain it
• Valid Class B driving license for passenger cars
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Resilience and a calm, confident approach under pressure
