Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

Role Overview

Mind Institute Qatar is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologist to become part of our multidisciplinary team. The selected professional will be responsible for evaluating, developing treatment plans, and applying scientifically supported speech and language therapies. The focus of the position is on individuals with developmental and communication disorders including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and learning disabilities, aiming to improve their communication, social involvement, independence, and overall life quality.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Holds or is eligible to obtain a professional license in Qatar.
• Proficient in conducting assessments, clinical reasoning, and developing intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document thoroughly.
• Capable of functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional growth founded on evidence-based methodologies.

Experience Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in speech and language therapy.
• Prior experience in working with clients with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, learning disabilities, or similar special educational needs is highly advantageous.
