Role Summary
This full-time remote position is for a Bid Writer responsible for creating clear, convincing, and compliant responses for public- and private-sector tender opportunities. The role requires reviewing tender documents, pinpointing key requirements, and working with internal teams and client contacts to collect the information needed. You will draft, organize, and improve bid content, adapt existing materials where appropriate, and make sure everything stays aligned with the bid strategy and evaluation criteria. The role also includes checking and refining existing submissions, keeping bid libraries current, supporting quality control, and helping improve success rates. Requirements
- Proven ability to write bids and proposals that are concise, persuasive, and tailored to individual tenders.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and quality control skills with close attention to detail.
