Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned BI & Analytics Operations Manager to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of our Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform environment, along with driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform landscapes.
• Design and plan technical solutions and execute system integrations.
• Provide second-level support during incidents and handle escalation coordination.
• Participate in and lead operational projects including effort estimation and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory frameworks, including BAIT.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in BI/Analytics platform operations or system administration.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Azure Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, incident, and change management processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like BAIT is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, high accountability, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English languages.
