Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that matches the hotel’s expected standards for guest care.
• Take food orders and serve food to patrons in The Brehon Bar.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the menu.
• Work to ensure guest needs and expectations are met consistently.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to support smooth day-to-day service.
• Stay informed about the local area and the hotel’s facilities so guests can be guided accurately.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks, including cocktails.
• Process customer payments and handle transactions correctly.
• Wash and maintain glassware and bar tools.
• Organise tasks effectively and manage time according to workload.
• Show strong customer service in every interaction.
