Job Description

• Prepare cocktails by combining ingredients and mixing drinks as per standard recipes.
• Support operational team members during bar service hours.
• Assist in daily bar opening and closing activities, including preparing food items, garnishes, setting up bar stations, and restocking all ingredients and homemade supplies to required levels.
• Undergo rotational training for a minimum of two weeks in each department of the outlet: Kitchen, Bar, Bar-back, and Floor to gain comprehensive knowledge for personal and professional development.
• Replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain full stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the bar area.
• Engage with customers by taking orders and serving drinks and food efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures, recipes, and quality standards during drink preparation.
• Keep equipment in proper working condition and used correctly for intended purposes.
• Manage assigned sections and contribute to creating exceptional beverage experiences for customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of one year of experience working specifically in a cocktail bar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of beverage mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques is advantageous.
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn multiple skills across departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused with outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
