Role Summary

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and presenting beverages according to brand and service standards, maintaining bar equipment and operating tools, recommending food and beverage items, and engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner.

Key Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar.
• Prepare ingredients and complete mise-en-place for service.
• Follow standard recipes and produce drinks accurately.
• Serve beverages and actively recommend higher-value items to guests.
• Monitor bar stock and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace standards.
• Respond to guest comments and concerns in a timely way.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Experience and Profile

Applicants should bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role. Strong guest service skills are important, along with the ability to create positive and memorable experiences. A friendly, outgoing personality is also expected.
