About the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg
Opened in March 2024, the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg is Germany's first high-rise hotel built to passive house standards. Conveniently located next to the train station and opposite the Heidelberg Congress Center, guests enjoy quick access to the old city and popular sites via direct S-Bahn connections. The 15-floor hotel features 310 stylish rooms and suites, wellness and fitness amenities, and eight modern event spaces with natural lighting—including a 350 sqm ballroom offering panoramic city views from the 13th floor. The rooftop area on the 15th floor houses a restaurant, rooftop bar, and terrace, providing outstanding city vistas for both hotel guests and local visitors.
Position Overview
ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg is seeking a full-time Barista (m/f/d), starting from 16.09.2026 or upon agreement, to join our Deli Lounge Café team and shape the guest experience with premium coffee and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of our Deli concept.
- Deliver outstanding and seamless service experiences in the Deli Lounge Café.
- Craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages to high standards, demonstrating passion for quality.
- Support and train new colleagues, sharing your expertise with others.

- A genuine enthusiasm for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable moments for guests.
- Experience in service or as a barista is needed.
- Confident and approachable demeanor, with an intuitive understanding of customer needs and situations.

Remuneration
The salary is based on the collective wage agreement (Entgeltgruppe 1 to 3), ranging from €2,383 to €2,958 gross per month, with additional pay for extra qualifications or experience.
