Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of service preparation, including stock management, briefing staff, understanding promotion specifications, updating menus, managing beverage lists, and operating equipment efficiently.
• Maintain the service area according to environmental standards, health and safety policies, and legal requirements.
• Deliver service promptly while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Process payments accurately, prepare bills correctly, and manage the point of sale system effectively.
• Engage actively in a supportive and well-trained team environment, fostering collaboration and competence among colleagues.
• Ensure accurate and thorough completion of cash-ups at the end of shifts.
• Work collaboratively within a team or independently to consistently provide high-quality service standards.
