Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join Restaurant Associates in Woking on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
- Create perfectly blended beverages and serve premium food to delight customers
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area
- Handle payment processing for both cash and card transactions
- Collaborate enthusiastically with the team and communicate effectively
- Ensure sufficient stock of clean mugs and plates
- Develop knowledge of different brewing techniques, beverage combinations, food preparation, and presentation methods
- Monitor the condition of brewing equipment and report any maintenance requirements
- Represent Restaurant Associates positively and uphold the brand image
- Adhere strictly to food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
