Role Overview
The HR Technology Lead will manage the development and deployment of best practices, processes, and governance for SuccessFactors and other HR technology platforms within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and recommend HR technology solutions aligned with the company’s HR strategies and objectives.
- Create and implement governance frameworks for SuccessFactors covering guidelines on system configuration, data management, and automation of processes.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams to review and enhance HR workflows by leveraging SuccessFactors features to improve operational efficiency.
- Champion the adoption and standardization of the SuccessFactors platform across the company, ensuring effective and efficient use by stakeholders.
- Lead deployment and rollout of new HR technology initiatives, guaranteeing proper system configuration, integration with existing or new platforms, and delivering end-user training.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving SuccessFactors including new features, modules, or system integrations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to HR users on optimal use of SuccessFactors and process improvements.
- Participate in solution identification, evaluation, and selection while collaborating with delivery teams and Enterprise Architecture groups.
- Offer technical guidance and oversight to vendors and delivery partners ensuring successful project outcomes and issue resolution.
- Keep informed about the latest developments and trends in SuccessFactors and HR technologies, proposing future enhancements as appropriate.
- Manage maintenance and operational effectiveness of the SuccessFactors platform.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure services and products meet company expectations and resolve any related issues.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring resource utilization aligns with objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of experience as an IT Project Consultant managing medium to large scale, complex HRIS projects, ideally in asset management, banking or finance sectors.
- Demonstrated consulting expertise with project delivery involving SuccessFactors solutions.
- Proven ability to establish rigorous, systematic practices and develop strong teams that design, build, and operate solutions independently.
- Hands-on involvement in all stages of solution implementation from requirements confirmation, detailed functional and technical design, data migration, thorough testing, to deployment.
- Experience supporting incremental system changes and production support processes.
- Capability to lead and manage international teams, providing clear direction and coordinating delivery involving third-party developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage projects and engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
