Associate - HR Business Partner

Overview

We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This position plays a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives, supporting company growth, and nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the HRBP team to establish and maintain strong partnerships with business and department leaders to understand their human resource requirements.
• Assist in the deployment of HR strategies that support overall business and departmental goals.
• Provide guidance and support in managing employee relations challenges for both staff and supervisors.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to recognize patterns and enhance the employee experience.
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for newcomers to facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
• Support the performance appraisal process by equipping managers and employees with necessary tools and resources.
• Contribute to training and development programs aimed at employee skill advancement and career progression.
• Maintain precise employee records and ensure all HR documentation complies with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Build credibility through effective communication and relationship management, representing HR professionally.
• Promote a positive organizational culture that prioritizes employee engagement and well-being.
• Assist in managing organizational change by communicating effectively with employees and addressing concerns during transitions.
• Participate in various HR projects and strategic initiatives alongside the HRBP team.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies aligns with labor laws and minimizes legal risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of experience or internship in human resources preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good grasp of HR practices and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
