Associate Feasibility Director

Job Summary

This role entails providing expert-level guidance and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing and coordinating complex projects and opportunities. The Associate Feasibility Director will leverage diverse data sources to analyze information, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position involves mentoring junior colleagues and championing cross-functional process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that planning services offered offer a strategic advantage for new client acquisitions by independently delivering senior insights and guiding the formulation of country-specific and enrollment strategies supporting various engagements such as proposals, early discussions, contract renewals, and awarded studies.
• Assist in preparing content related to feasibility assessments and enrollment strategies for presentations to clients or internal teams, including Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Medical Leads, and Business Development personnel.
• Lead and moderate collaborative discussions, providing solutions to stakeholders and project teams to overcome challenges effectively.
• Conduct detailed preparatory research for planning sessions using databases, scientific literature, internet resources, and specialized medical expertise.
• Demonstrate proficiency across various therapeutic areas (TAs).
• Lead high-level planning meetings involving interdisciplinary internal teams such as Medical Directors, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Business Developers, Sales teams, and Program Directors, delivering comprehensive analyses and data insights.
• Mentor and support the development of new members within the team.
• Serve as a recognized authority on planning tools and datasets, possessing thorough understanding of functionalities to select the optimal features for accurate country, site, or enrollment planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of eight years' experience in clinical research or a comparable mix of education, training, and practical work within the field.
• Expertise in data analytics, data mining, strategy formulation, and clinical feasibility assessments.
