Job Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Associate Director to spearhead operational readiness initiatives supporting the launch of world-class entertainment and cultural projects. This role demands effective coordination of cross-departmental readiness efforts to ensure seamless project openings in line with Qiddiya's ambitious vision and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive operational readiness strategies to guarantee successful project inaugurations.
- Work closely with project management, operations, and training units to align operational needs and readiness checkpoints.
- Support readiness evaluations by spotting gaps, assessing risks, and suggesting necessary corrective measures.
- Coordinate and oversee training initiatives targeted at preparing operational personnel effectively.
- Track critical operational readiness metrics and relay consistent updates to executive leadership.
- Enhance communication and stakeholder cohesion to foster a unified readiness framework.
- Contribute to refining procedures, tools, and methodologies to maximize readiness efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations in sectors such as entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams and complex schedules.
- Strong analytical aptitude combined with a solution-oriented and meticulous approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading training programs and readiness efforts is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools.
- Knowledge of the local regional market and cultural nuances is considered a plus.
