Key Responsibilities

• Direct infrastructure operations encompassing networks, databases, cloud services, telecommunications, and hybrid technology environments, managing upgrades, provisioning, monitoring, system availability, and security initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams in infrastructure, security, and service desk functions by prioritizing tasks, setting objectives, and encouraging ongoing improvement.
• Ensure IT architecture, hardware, core systems, and support mechanisms promote employee productivity, operational durability, and business expansion.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT executives to deliver infrastructure and security solutions consistent with global technology strategies and standards.
• Oversee multi-regional service delivery, including end-user support, technology training, cross-department collaboration, and service enhancement efforts.
• Manage IT budgeting, asset administration, reporting, performance metrics, compliance, and operational standards to boost system reliability and security.
• Lead quality control processes to align systems and IT operations with recognized quality frameworks and standards.
• Provide leadership support during critical technology projects and ensure system availability during off-hours as needed.
• Participate in occasional business travel (about 1-2 weeks per year) to support organizational objectives and enhance team engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in computer information systems, IT infrastructure, or related leadership positions within technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, networking, cloud platforms, database systems, telecommunications, and hybrid environment technologies.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and grow technical teams while effectively managing priorities and achieving results.
• Strong project management capabilities, including foreseeing obstacles, coordinating resources, and executing initiatives proficiently.
• Competence in aligning technology strategies with business goals and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in overseeing service delivery, technical support, and enterprise technology infrastructure operations.
• Familiarity with quality validation processes, regulatory compliance, and structured IT governance protocols is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business groups.
• Ability to work productively within a remote setting; candidates located in Massachusetts or the northeastern U.S. are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $175,000 to $190,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
