Role Overview

The Associate Buyer plays a vital role within the Finance department, supporting the Procure-to-Pay process. Responsibilities include managing requisitions and purchase orders to ensure precision, compliance, and timely completion. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth procurement operations while maintaining rigorous controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders using Coupa.
• Verify requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure prompt processing.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to manage orders and address concerns.
• Monitor purchase orders, conducting follow-ups on delivery schedules and invoices.
• Assist with onboarding new suppliers.
• Keep procurement documentation up to date and ensure compliance with controls.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or accounts payable roles.
• Familiarity with Coupa or similar Procure-to-Pay software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Competence in Excel and other business management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $93,617, with final pay determined by skills, experience, and location.
• Additional compensation components may include bonuses and equity participation.
