Associate – Building Assessments

About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable Associate focused on building assessments, who excels in conducting inspections, interacting with clients, and managing diverse real estate properties. In this pivotal role, you will lead property condition evaluations, supporting owners, operators, and institutional investors throughout the entire building lifecycle from acquisition to long-term capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee property inspections and technical due diligence processes.
