Nua Healthcare Services is hiring an Assistant Support Worker for its Mitchelstown, County Cork location. What the role involves

Day-to-day duties
- Help individuals organise and manage daily activities and routines.
- Support people as they take part in local community life and access community resources.
- Assist with education, skill-building, and progress toward personal goals and desired outcomes.
- Promote independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and staying connected with family and friends.
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice as far as reasonably possible.
- Work flexibly across a 24-hour, 7-day service, including shift patterns, to meet service needs.
- Carry out additional duties appropriate to the post as required.
