Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in driving the store's overall success by fostering a customer-focused atmosphere, meeting sales goals, upholding consistent store standards, and managing expenses effectively. A vital part of your role will be coaching and training your team to maintain high service standards and achieve business aims.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store leadership to optimize performance and financial results.

• At least one year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
