Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, adhering to company guidelines.
- Lead by addressing concerns from customers and team members positively and effectively.

- Maintain effective communication with internal teams across departments to enhance business outcomes.
- Collaborate with company buyers to determine inventory purchases and oversee merchandising activities.
- Promote and advise on Shoppers Home Health Care equipment and services through personalized consultation.
- Manage inventory materials and stock levels responsibly.
- Plan and execute store events to successful completion.
- Recruit and assess candidates to meet staffing goals.
- Optimize employee schedules to boost productivity, profitability, and margins.
- Conduct ongoing staff training to uphold company standards.
- Implement safety and security programs to protect assets and improve profitability.
- Engage in succession planning to develop employees for future roles.
- Ensure team members are informed about safety and emergency procedures.
- Support store operations by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels they belong.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and presentation skills to instruct individuals and groups on equipment use and maintenance.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Salary may vary depending on candidate experience and location.
