Zeus Street Greek is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run a busy venue in Wollongong. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, keeping service moving smoothly during high-pressure periods, and helping the team perform at a high standard.

The position is focused on delivering memorable guest experiences, supporting labour scheduling, stock control and store financials, and contributing to the energetic, hospitality-led culture the brand is known for.
