About the Role
Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the Gymea venue. This position is centered on leading the restaurant to deliver excellent food, memorable service, and a strong team environment.
In this leadership role, you will coach and grow your management team, improve results through people leadership, and oversee the restaurant’s profit and loss performance. The role is practical and visible on the floor, with an ongoing focus on quality, safety, and the brand’s energetic culture.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the day-to-day performance of the restaurant.
- Leading and developing the leadership team.
- Driving business results by motivating and supporting the team.
- Managing financial performance, including the restaurant’s P&L.
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, service, and workplace safety.
- Embedding the company’s values and high-energy culture into the venue.
