About the Role
Based in Central London, this opportunity offers a salary range between £35,000 and £50,000 with a hybrid working model. Join an established Building Consultancy team within a prominent international property consultancy, focusing on commercial project management for a diverse portfolio of Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs. Work closely with seasoned Project Managers gaining comprehensive exposure to full project lifecycles while managing specific workstreams and enhancing your technical and client communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of Cat A and Cat B office refurbishment projects.
- Support project execution aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work stages.
- Coordinate efforts among consultants, contractors, and specialist advisors.
- Prepare project programmes, detailed client reports, and necessary project documentation.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters pertinent to project progress.
- Assist with tendering procedures and contract administrative tasks.
- Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and change orders.
- Organise and participate in project meetings, including recording meeting minutes.
- Conduct site inspections and compile comprehensive progress reports.
- Contribute to valuations, certifications, and overseeing practical completion phases.
- Manage multitasking across several live projects simultaneously.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Building Surveying, Project Management, or a related construction discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing capabilities.
- Confidence to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Familiarity with the RIBA Plan of Work is advantageous.
- Holding a current UK driving licence is a plus.
