Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The Assistant Operations Manager will take ownership of day-to-day operational workflows, support supply chain coordination, work across teams to improve execution, and help roll out operational plans that improve efficiency. The role is hands-on and centered on end-to-end order fulfillment, customer support, and regional logistics. You will also work closely with third-party logistics and service partners while driving process upgrades to strengthen both efficiency and customer experience.

• The Morning Machine is the brand’s first specialty capsule coffee machine. It is compact, premium, award-winning, and enabled with IoT features, delivering precision functions similar to professional coffee equipment. More than 10,000 units have been sold worldwide.
• The Morning mobile app lets users use roast-created recipes and also customize their own brewing recipes.
• The Morning Marketplace offers a selection of specialty coffee capsules from partner roasters, allowing users to explore roaster stories and choose their next brew.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, and e-commerce. Experience in supply chain coordination and inventory control is important, along with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role also requires comfort with data analysis and reporting, plus familiarity with budget oversight and cost-control practices. Strong organization and multitasking ability are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required. Experience in the food, beverage, or technology sector will be considered an advantage.
