Role Overview

Key Duties
- Detect and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency across sales, inventory, and customer service functions.
- Employ data-driven approaches for continuous monitoring, analysis, and enhancement of operational performance.
- Research and oversee the deployment of emerging digital technologies to improve retail operations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Champion digital transformation projects, utilizing innovative technologies to revamp traditional retail IT frameworks.
- Facilitate change management by encouraging adoption of new tools, processes, and systems through training and mentorship.
- Collaborate effectively with departments such as audit, marketing, supply chain, and store operations to guarantee unified execution of strategies.
- Promote interdepartmental knowledge exchange to foster an environment conducive to innovation.
