Assistant Manager / Manager - Logistics and Warehouse Operations

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to oversee our logistics and warehouse functions in Singapore. The role demands leadership in driving efficiency across storage, receiving, and order fulfillment processes while ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations to guarantee efficient storage, timely receipt of goods, and accurate order dispatching.
• Implement and maintain inventory controls to keep stock levels optimized and records precise.
• Oversee transport and delivery workflows to ensure punctual, cost-efficient distribution of products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless supply chain and customer service excellence.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics staff to uphold operational standards and workplace safety.
• Drive ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, lowering costs, and boosting service quality.
• Maintain workplace safety and guarantee adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
• Analyze warehousing and logistics metrics, preparing performance and improvement reports.
• Plan and conduct comprehensive audits, including stocktakes, ensuring strong internal controls, policy adherence, and continuous process optimization.

Requirements

• Possess tertiary education in any academic field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, with a minimum of 4 years in store management responsibilities.
• Proficient with SAP software and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent planning, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity and practical experience with departmental budgeting and cost control, ISO 9001 standards, safety protocols, and risk evaluations.
• Normal color vision is mandatory.
