Overview
As an Assistant Manager at Boots Ireland in Drogheda, you will collaborate with the Store Leader to ensure exceptional customer service and uphold operational excellence daily. This role spans both retail and pharmacy operations, where leading by example and providing outstanding care are key.
Primary Duties
- Guide and motivate your team to achieve business growth through superior customer and patient care.
- Manage team performance and foster development via consistent coaching and constructive feedback sessions.
- Maintain an efficient and sustainable retail and pharmacy environment by ensuring product availability, managing costs, reducing losses, and meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee regular audits, risk evaluations, and reviews to safeguard the wellbeing of patients and the public.
- Analyze data, market trends, and insights to adapt swiftly to evolving customer demands.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team within a customer-facing context.
- Ability to achieve performance targets by motivating and coaching team members.
- A collaborative approach and proven success functioning in team-oriented settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity or experience in community pharmacy operations.
- Comfort and adaptability in using new technologies.
