Job Purpose
The position is accountable for executing and overseeing logistics operations by enforcing SOPs, coordinating various activities, and performing data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and innovation initiatives to elevate service levels.
- Ensure compliance with logistics policies and identify areas for procedural improvements.
- Monitor and report on logistics operation progress aligning with strategic priorities and timelines.
- Manage purchase orders and requisitions related to customer vehicles for effective coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
- Compile and maintain management information system (MIS) reports detailing vehicle usage, routing, and gas transport data per management requirements.
- Analyze patterns involving locations, vehicle counts, routes, transported gas amounts, and pricing to detect deviations and report them to logistics leadership.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Generate and verify billing and invoices for dealers and customers, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Monitor operational performance of vehicles to ensure optimal utilization and identify any abnormalities for prompt corrective action.

Internal: Technocommercial, General Administration (GA), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams
External: Transport service providers
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or related fields; degrees or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or data analytics are advantageous.
- At least three years of professional experience managing logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the energy, gas, or utilities sectors.
