We are currently seeking an Asset Management & Operations Director to contribute to a significant transport program in Dublin, Ireland. This senior leadership position is critical in developing and guiding an asset management strategy that ensures the lasting effectiveness, resilience, and value of vital infrastructure.

Key Duties

• Oversee delivery of strategic asset management services covering program, project, and asset lifecycle phases.
• Advocate implementation of ISO 55000-aligned standards customized to generate tangible benefits.
• Improve client capabilities in asset governance, processes, systems, and data management.
• Serve as a trusted consultant, fostering strong client partnerships and influencing strategic planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated, high-caliber results.
• Promote innovation by leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technology.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to support team development and succession planning.

Candidate Profile

• Proven extensive expertise in Asset Management with success in complex environments.
• Professional accreditation or chartered status such as IAM, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in asset-intensive sectors, with preference for rail or light rail involvement.
• Leadership experience in data-driven and digital decision-making environments.
• Strategic thinker with comprehensive asset lifecycle understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders.
• Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder relationships and resolving issues constructively.
• Well-connected network and ability to contribute to growth and industry thought leadership.
