Role Summary

Located in Singapore, this Product Manager position focuses on Asia Swaps, ideal for someone passionate about swaps markets, fintech, and electronic trading. The role entails broad collaboration with sales, technology, operations, senior product managers and external swaps community stakeholders to support Tradeweb's Asia Swaps growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of Tradeweb’s systems, workflows, and electronic trading protocols related to Asia Swaps products.
• Handle daily platform operations including managing dealer/client inquiries and resolving issues across internal and external teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with global sales, technology, operations, and product teams.
• Take ownership of task management, projects, and platform enhancements ensuring follow-through.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial markets, electronic trading, product management, sales/trading support or related fields.
• Keen interest in swaps markets, electronic trading platforms and financial technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive initiative-taking in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently liaise across multiple teams.
• Ability to quickly learn, manage competing priorities, and fully own assigned duties.
• Familiarity with trading lifecycle and market workflows is a plus.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms, rates products or workflow optimization beneficial but not mandatory.
• Technical curiosity with eagerness to understand systems, market structure and workflows.
• Collaborative team player with a positive approach.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis preferred; familiarity with Tableau, VBA, Python advantageous but optional.
