Area Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

Jio is looking to hire an Area Talent Acquisition Executive based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience and hold an MBA or a Diploma in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies using a diverse mix of sourcing channels while adhering to budget, SLA, and quality standards for the designated region.
• Develop and expand talent pools by leveraging alternate sourcing avenues such as college campuses, government skill development agencies, and employment exchanges.
• Ensure compliance across all recruitment-related activities including background checks, verifications, negotiations, and audit responses.
• Manage project-specific recruitment needs effectively within stipulated timelines.
• Regularly monitor recruitment dashboards and analytics to guarantee adherence to SLAs.
• Prioritize and expedite hiring for critical positions within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely closure of recruitment requirements across verticals.
• Engage with candidates during pre-onboarding to enhance employee experience.
