Role Overview

This position is for a highly target-oriented Senior Area Retail Manager with 10+ years of experience in menswear retail. The role focuses on leading retail sales and operations across multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets in Bihar and Jharkhand, while ensuring strong business performance, operational discipline, and brand consistency.

Regional Sales and Business Growth

  • Push sales outcomes across the region and deliver against revenue goals for multiple stores.
  • Create and implement sales strategies that support wider business objectives.
  • Track core performance indicators such as conversion rate, average bill value, footfall conversion, and store productivity.

Retail Operations Management

  • Take charge of the day-to-day running of all stores in the assigned territory to keep operations efficient.
  • Make sure company policies, SOPs, and retail standards are followed consistently.
  • Maintain a strong customer experience and ensure the stores always present well.
  • Lead execution of CRM initiatives across the region.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Study product performance to improve stock rotation and turnover.
  • Manage store-level inventory, identify fast-moving items, and ensure these products are replenished regularly.

Market Expansion and Business Development

  • Spot opportunities for growth and support expansion plans within the region.
  • Study competitors and review market trends to guide business decisions.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare sales and KPI reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications
