Architect Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect Engineer to join our team. The selected individual will take charge of designing, developing, and supervising architectural projects, integrating engineering principles seamlessly with architectural aesthetics. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors is key to delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating effectively among all stakeholders.
• Perform feasibility studies and technical evaluations to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to merge engineering systems with architectural frameworks.
• Advocate for use of sustainable design techniques and materials, emphasizing energy efficiency and environmental conservation.
• Create precise drawings, specifications, and documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure designs meet safety standards, functionality, and applicable codes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is mandatory; a master’s degree is advantageous.
• Professional licensing as an Architect or Engineer is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural design and engineering with a portfolio highlighting Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication capabilities and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with rendering software like Enscape or Lumion is preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
