Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Apartment Porter to thrive in a resident-oriented, dynamic setting at our Hunt Club location, a property with 204 luxury apartment units.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all communal spaces such as hallways, lobbies, breezeways, and recreational areas.
• Execute daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface wiping.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash in assigned community locations.
• Keep exterior areas tidy by picking up litter, blowing away debris, watering plants, and ensuring walkways are well-maintained.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks like bulb replacement, air filter changes, and reporting repairs.
• Provide courteous support to residents when necessary, such as helping with packages or furniture.
• Observe the community environment for safety risks, maintenance issues, or security concerns and promptly report them.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols while collaborating with maintenance and office teams to facilitate daily functions.

Candidate Requirements

• Exemplary work ethic, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to perform work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions.
• Professional behavior with a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items essential to cleaning and grounds upkeep.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Experience in porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping roles is advantageous.
• Candidates must reside within a 20-mile radius of the property or be open to relocating.

Work Environment

This position involves frequent physical activity such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying. The work setting includes indoor and community shared areas. Compliance with the company uniform policy, with uniforms supplied on the first workday, is mandatory.
