As an Analyst/Consultant in Finance Transformation, you will join client teams to address complex challenges, analyze data, and design innovative solutions that transform finance functions. This role operates in dynamic, collaborative settings where issues may be ambiguous, requiring strong structuring and effective communication skills to deliver valuable outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients, primarily focusing on CFO office functions.
• Assist with conducting discovery workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Identify and articulate opportunities to enhance finance capabilities, turning challenges into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of enterprise technology systems such as ERP, EPM, and Agentic AI through requirements gathering, design input, decision support, and deployment efforts.
• Contribute to improvements in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Assist with designing future-state operating models by reviewing organizational structures, roles, and service delivery approaches.
• Engage with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders at multiple levels to tailor solutions appropriately.
• Keep informed about emerging finance trends and technologies that impact CFO functions.
• Develop client-ready reports, models, and presentations that clearly summarize findings and proposed actions.
• Manage tasks and deadlines independently to ensure timely completion of work.
• Support governance and project management by tracking milestones, success indicators, and dependencies across phases.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between zero and four years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, or accounting roles.
• Solid knowledge of foundational finance processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Preferred experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or Consumer industries.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven record of stakeholder engagement.
• Interest in or exposure to finance technology platforms like Cloud ERP, EPM, and RPA, as well as finance-related data and AI applications.
• CPA enrollment or interest is an advantage.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and demonstrate an ownership mindset for producing quality deliverables.
• Adaptability to evolving client requirements and eagerness to collaborate in team environments.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at client locations or Deloitte offices.
• For Quebec-based candidates, bilingual proficiency (French and English) is mandatory due to client and team interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $58,000 to $102,000, with potential eligibility for bonus incentives.
