Job Overview
The role entails assisting senior executives, including the CEO, within the CEO Office by facilitating decision-making processes and governance through organization of executive forums and ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
Primary Duties
- Organize and manage key governance meetings such as Executive Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board sessions, ensuring agendas reflect core business priorities.
- Collect, analyze, and present strategic subjects for review by senior leadership.
- Produce comprehensive documents highlighting options, trade-offs, and proposed recommendations.
- Monitor decisions made, guaranteeing follow-up and disciplined implementation across departments.
- Keep track of strategic projects and actively identify any risks, delays or misalignments.
- Assist in assembling briefing materials, talking points, and critical messages for senior leader and CEO engagements.
- Coordinate inputs from various functions to support prompt and well-informed leadership decisions.
- Ensure executive-level discussions and deliverables maintain high standards of rigor, structure, and consistency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience; preferably with exposure to top-tier strategy consulting firms (e.g., MBB or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in distilling complex information into succinct and actionable insights.
- Track record of assisting senior leadership or managing significant strategic matters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High self-motivation with capability to perform under uncertainty and fast-moving environments.
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative and humble approach.
