About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with multiple IT groups—including office IT, product teams, and vendors—to manage the supply chain of IT assets for Riyadh location.
- Provide logistical support for IT equipment, including setup, configuration, restoration, shipment, and life-cycle management for various service lines such as new hire, migration, loaner, break-fix, and quick ship.
- Handle warehousing duties including inventory monitoring, optimization, and replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Manage purchasing processes by obtaining offers, placing orders, reviewing confirmations, and tracking delivery deadlines to meet operational needs.
- Maintain and update asset warehouse and ticket management systems, alongside packaging, labeling, and dispatching hardware effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with configuring various IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Strong technical knowledge specifically in PC configuration and a broad understanding of related IT concepts.
- Practical expertise in procurement and logistics processes supporting IT operations.
- Demonstrates a service-oriented attitude with meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment in prioritizing tasks under pressure.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively, maintaining flexibility and motivation in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and stakeholders.
