Analyst - Commercial and Reporting (Governance)

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a skilled and detail-focused Analyst specializing in Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join their team in Riyadh. This vital position involves managing governance-related reporting and supporting the organization's commercial operations to ensure alignment with regulatory standards, internal policies, and financial sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Offer legal counsel and guidance to senior management and business units regarding regulatory compliance, governance, and legal concerns.
• Compile and present reports on legal, governance, and compliance matters for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Create, execute, and oversee governance frameworks, policies, and protocols throughout the organization.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate governance standards and advocate governance best practices internally.
• Organize Board of Directors and committee meetings, preparing agendas, documenting proceedings, and maintaining official records and minutes.
• Handle communication with shareholders, address inquiries, and maintain transparent disclosure of important information.
• Analyze newly proposed regulations, amendments, and governance requirements, providing legal insights and recommendations to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal teams concerning governance, compliance, and legal issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Law is required.
• Proven experience in roles related to commercial reporting, governance, or compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of working autonomously while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying issues timely and driving continuous improvements.
