AI Product Manager Intern

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to monitor product metrics.
• Interpret product data and translate it into actionable insights presented in management-level presentations.
• Support routine weekly and monthly business reviews by providing data-supported narratives.
• Assist in revamping marketing workflows by integrating automation and AI technologies.
• Support marketing efforts by developing and integrating product solutions aligned with digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze user-product interaction data to detect drop-offs, identify trends, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Participate in A/B testing and various experimentation initiatives to optimize product features.
• Construct and maintain relevant datasets to support analysis and decision-making.
• Design and improve AI-driven conversational experiences such as chatbots and WhatsApp interactions.
• Evaluate conversation data to boost user engagement, activation rates, and customer retention.
• Collaborate on designing prompts, interaction flows, and safety guardrails for systems based on large language models (LLMs).
